pkpk Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkpk ("pkpk", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at pkpk.bar and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotional offerings, and customer support channels.

By accessing the pkpk website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a game, or claiming a bonus, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the pkpk platform.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. pkpk reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited in their entirety.

2.2 Registration Process

To access the full range of pkpk services, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details. You agree to keep your registration information up to date and to notify pkpk promptly of any changes.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual player may register and maintain exactly one pkpk account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. pkpk employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed immediately and all associated funds may be forfeited.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

pkpk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at pkpk's discretion:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash, Nagad or Rocket account registered in your name).
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by pkpk's compliance team.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

2.5 Prohibited Registrations

3 Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkpk account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

You agree to notify pkpk immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your login credentials have been compromised. pkpk will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure or have shared them with a third party.

All bets, deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions placed from your account are your responsibility. pkpk is entitled to treat any transaction completed using your correct login credentials as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified us of a suspected security breach.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

pkpk currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. The list of supported methods may be updated from time to time. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by pkpk, although your mobile money provider or bank may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your pkpk account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider — typically within 30 seconds for bKash and Nagad transactions. pkpk charges no platform fees on deposits.

4.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements. Standard processing time for bKash and Nagad withdrawals is one to four hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days. pkpk charges no platform fees on withdrawals. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

4.4 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Real-money deposits that are not associated with a bonus may be withdrawn at any time subject to identity verification checks. pkpk reserves the right to review and verify the source of funds for large withdrawal requests.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

pkpk is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activity. All transactions are monitored. pkpk may freeze funds, delay withdrawals, or close accounts where there is a reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime. Any such suspicion may be reported to the relevant authorities. Players must only deposit funds that belong to them and must not use pkpk as a mechanism to transfer funds between third parties.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

pkpk offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Players who create multiple accounts to claim additional welcome bonuses will have all associated accounts closed and funds forfeited.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets offered on pkpk, are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. pkpk reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are cancelled, abandoned, or affected by circumstances outside the platform's control, including natural disasters and force majeure events.

6.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to momentary suspension during critical moments in a match. pkpk accepts no responsibility for any system latency experienced by the player that may result in a bet being placed at odds different from those expected. Bets accepted during a live market suspension will be voided and stakes returned.

6.3 Casino and Crash Games

All casino games, including live casino tables, slot machines, and crash game titles (such as Monster Mine and Plinko), use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by pkpk or the player after the bet is confirmed. Disconnection during a game round does not void the bet; the round will complete and the result recorded.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products on the pkpk platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market before a bet is placed. pkpk reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and to apply individual account-level stake restrictions where appropriate.

6.5 Error and Malfunction Policy

In the event of a software, system, or human error that results in a game or bet being displayed or settled incorrectly, pkpk reserves the right to void the affected transactions and return stakes to the relevant players. pkpk will not be liable to pay out winnings that result from a manifest error, regardless of whether the error was caused by pkpk's systems or by a third-party game provider.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pkpk platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets and bonuses, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or other tools to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, game malfunctions, or pricing errors to generate artificial winnings.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game, table, or betting market.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or making deposits using funds obtained through illegal means.
• Accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform to transfer funds between third parties.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pkpk staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the pkpk platform, its servers, or its databases.
• Creating or using accounts belonging to another person, whether or not with that person's knowledge or consent.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the pkpk platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software code, databases, and audio-visual materials — is the intellectual property of pkpk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkpk platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any pkpk content; use any pkpk content for commercial purposes; reverse-engineer or decompile any software component of the platform; or remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from pkpk content.

The names of third-party game providers and their respective games (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) are the trademarks and intellectual property of their respective owners. pkpk uses these names for informational purposes only.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkpk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings or profits; loss of data; loss of goodwill; business interruption; or any other intangible losses.

pkpk's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkpk does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and to notify players of scheduled maintenance periods in advance, but we accept no liability for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension by pkpk

pkpk reserves the right to suspend or restrict any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity; failure to complete identity verification within a requested timeframe; or reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or other integrity violations.

11.2 Termination by pkpk

pkpk may permanently close a player account where a breach of these Terms is confirmed. Upon confirmed closure for breach, pkpk reserves the right to retain any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds, and to apply any legitimate debt owed by the player to the remaining balance before processing any refund of real-money deposits.

11.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your pkpk account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon receipt of a closure request, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course and your remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any amounts legitimately owed to pkpk.

11.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. pkpk will attempt to contact you at your registered email address before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee. The dormancy fee will not reduce any remaining balance below zero. Details of the applicable fee rate are available by contacting support.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

pkpk collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkpk will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services solely for the purposes of operating your account. 13 Amendments to These Terms

pkpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the pkpk platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

The version of these Terms most recently published on the pkpk website at the time of any dispute shall be the version applied in resolving that dispute, unless the dispute relates to conduct that occurred before the relevant amendment took effect.

14 Governing Language and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are written in the English language. In the event of any translation being provided for informational purposes, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

pkpk aims to resolve all player disputes informally in the first instance. If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact the support team with full details of the issue. pkpk's support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to provide a substantive response within five business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be escalated to pkpk's senior compliance team by requesting escalation in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". pkpk's decision following review by the senior compliance team shall be communicated in writing and will represent the platform's final position on the matter.
